Financial data is data related to your payment method. We store limited financial data. Most financial data is transferred to our payment processors: STRIPE. You should review these processors' Privacy Policies to determine how they protect your data.

LIMITED SHARING WITH SERVICE PROVIDERS

AI SERVICE PROVIDER LIMITATIONS

When we engage third-party AI service providers, we impose the following limitations:

  • AI service providers may only process your data for the specific purposes outlined in our agreements
  • They must implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures
  • They cannot use your data to train their AI models for purposes outside of providing services to us without your explicit consent
  • They must comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations
  • They must promptly notify us of any security incidents or unauthorized data access
  • They must delete or return all personal data upon termination of services

Important Note About SMS Data: All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services necessary to deliver the SMS service. Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator op-in data and consent, this information will not be shared with any third parties.

White-Labeled CRM Services

Limitation of Liability: We provide access to HighLevel CRM under our brand. The infrastructure is operated by GoHighLevel. Elevate Local LLC is not responsible for platform outages, data breaches, or technical issues inherent to the HighLevel platform.

COOKIES

We may use cookies for tracking purposes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site's or service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.

SMS/Text Message Privacy

All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties. Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Our SMS/Text messaging program is designed to keep you informed about offers, updates, and important account notifications. Participation is voluntary and requires explicit opt-in. You can opt in by providing your mobile number through our online forms, checkout flow, or via consent text message keywords (e.g., texting JOIN to our short code). Opting in confirms that you agree to receive recurring messages from Elevate Local LLC.

Message frequency may vary depending on the services you choose, but typically you can expect 2-8 messages per month. You may receive additional transactional messages related to your account activity or service requests.

After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message and then no further marketing messages, though you may still get transactional messages required to provide requested services. Standard message and data rates may apply.

International Data

Our website is hosted by servers located in the United States. If you reside outside the U.S., you consent to the international transfer, processing, and storage of your information in the United States.

Data Retention

We retain personal data as long as needed for business purposes or legal obligations. Voice recordings are typically retained for no more than 90 days; conversation transcripts may be kept for up to 12 months for AI improvement.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

California residents may request, free of charge, the personal information we have collected. This includes identifiers, commercial information, geolocation data, and voice recordings. We agree to comply with data requests or deletions in a reasonable timeframe.
