The Company is based in the United States of America, in the State of Nebraska. The Services are for use by persons located in the United States & Canada only. By choosing to access the Services from any location other than the United States or Canada, you accept full responsibility for compliance with all local laws.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT PAID IN THE PRIOR SIX MONTHS OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
You agree to defend and hold harmless Elevate Local LLC against any claims arising from your breach of this Agreement or misuse of the Services.
All matters relating to this Agreement are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.
YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTE THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION IN NEBRASKA AND WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Elevate Local LLC. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
By opting in, you authorize recurring text messages. You can opt out by texting "STOP". Message and data rates may apply. SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties for marketing.
Types of messages may include alerts, promotional offers, service notifications, account updates, appointments, and other information related to your use of our services.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO SUE THE COMPANY IN COURT. ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE RESOLVED VIA ARBITRATION.
You agree not to bring vexatious or frivolous litigation against the Company.
